Reservation Policy - Skyline Urubici

  1. Online Reservation Policy

    All reservations at Skyline Urubici must be made through our official website or partner platforms. Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and will be sent via email after payment validation.

    Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure your privacy and safety.

    Group reservations (more than 3 rooms) are subject to special conditions. Please contact our team for more information.
     

  2. Cancellation and Modifications

    Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

    Reservation changes (dates, number of guests) must be requested at least 15 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
     

  3. Check-in and Check-out

    • Check-in: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

    Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
     

  4. Capacity and Occupancy Limits

    For safety and comfort reasons, accommodating more guests than specified at the time of booking is not allowed.

    Cribs and extra beds are not available in this accommodation.
     

  5. Property Rules

    Skyline Urubici is a space dedicated to rest and tranquility. We ask that all guests respect the environment and the well-being of others.

    Pets are not allowed, except for documented guide dogs.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and indoor common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

    The property reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who do not comply with established rules, without a refund.
     

  6. Privacy Policy

    We guarantee that all personal information provided for online reservations will be used solely to manage your stay and will not be shared with third parties, except as needed for transaction processing.
     

  7. Security and Liability

    Skyline Urubici prioritizes the safety of its guests. However, we are not responsible for belongings left in common areas or within rooms.

    Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guest, and repair costs may be charged at check-out.
     

  8. Children’s Policy

    Children of all ages are welcome at Skyline Urubici. Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

    To view correct pricing and occupancy information, please inform us of the number and ages of children in your group.
     

  9. Additional Expenses

    All additional expenses (meals, drinks, additional services) will be charged at check-out. We kindly ask that these items be checked and confirmed at the end of your stay.
